Suzuki Vitara has been part of
the Australian motoring landscape for over 20 years now. Its evolution
stalled until 1998 when the Grand Vitara by Suzuki became the darling of
small 4x4 buyers. Cast you mind back over ten years and small compact
four wheel drives were a rare animal and out of the blue appears a V6,
wow . Its evolution from that day again has been slow but evolving.
Suzuki doesn't do things a a hurry you know but the 2008/2009
Diesel and petrol
model are just the pinnacle.
Five models in all consisting of 2 diesel, one three door and two
petrol are available in several versions for all tastes.
Here at just4x4 sales we have always been into the larger especially
diesel varieties of 4x4 but the Suzuki Vitara has been a favourite of
ours for years and the good thing is that the price of these four wheel
drives have not altered much either.
For the five speed three door 2.4 lt it begins at $24990 AUD and with
that expect Electronic stability program and six air bags in
addition to 17" and 18" alloys and automatic controlled air
conditioning.
If you desire you Suzuki to be more upmarket options and packs
available include leather seats and sunroof.
The 5 door models in the V6 offer to the upper set all this and more
like hill decent, hill hold control, high intensity headlights.
But its the engines that make them just right. The previous
engine seemed a smidge under powered but this one is just right.
